To apply, you will need a valid government-issued photo ID and documentation showing proof of income. A combined gross monthly income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent is required. All applicants are subject to a credit check, criminal background screening, and rental history review as part of the standard approval process.

Parq Apartments is a pet-friendly community. Dogs and cats are welcome with a maximum of two pets per home. All pets must be registered through our pet screening process prior to move-in. Breed restrictions apply — please contact the leasing office for the current list.
