Ready to see Parq Apartments for yourself? You can schedule a tour or start your application online at rentparq.com. In-person and virtual tours are available, and our leasing team would be happy to walk you through everything. Visit the website anytime to browse floor plans, check availability, and get the process started.

To apply, you will need a valid government-issued photo ID and documentation showing proof of income. A combined gross monthly income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent is required. All applicants are subject to a credit check, criminal background screening, and rental history review as part of the standard approval process.
